The Importance of Exercise

Many people claim that exercise is not really important for people. They simply think by eating nutritious food and taking a rest can make them healthy. They are too busy to do exercise. However, many experts stated that exercise has great role in making our body healthy. Doing exercise does not need an expensive cost because it can be done in a simple way. It is important for us to do exercise because it offers many advantages.

There is no doubt that exercise helps prevent diseases. The more we do exercise we will be healthier. Regular exercise is necessary for physical fitness and good health. It reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes and other diseases. Besides, exercise can controls weight. When we do exercise we burn our calories so that we can have a slim and healthy body. Other advantages is doing exercise improves quality of our life. Exercise reduces stress and makes us fell refreshed.  It also helps us sleep better and keep us looking and feeling younger. 

                From the reasons above I conclude that doing exercise is really important in our life. Be healthy with exercise.
