Frozen is a 2013 American 3D computer-animated musical fantasy-comedy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It is the 53^rd animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated series. This film is directed by Christ Buck and Jennifer Lee and also staring by Kristen Bell as Anna, Idina Menzel as Elsa, Jonathan Groff as Kristoff, Josh Gad as Olaf,and  Santino Fontana as Hans. 

The story begins when Queen Elsa of Arendelle is cursed with magical powers that no one knows about. She faces grave consequences if she does not manage to hide these powers. Also central to the plot is Anna, Queen Elsa’s sister, a very cheerful girl brought to life, who longs to reconnect with her sister but ends up causing tragedy as Elsa’s powers are revealed and her sister flees. Anna sets out on a dangerous journey to find her sister along the way unraveling mysteries and discovering an old friend and the strongest character in the film, his name is Olaf, a snowman she built with her sister when they were young. When obtaining supplies, she meets an iceman namaed Kristoff and his reinderr, Sven, and convinces Kristoff to guide her up the North Mountain. Anna and Elsa reunite. When Anna persists persuading her sister to return, Elsa becomes agitated and accidentally striking Anna in the heart. It makes her heart becomes frozen only can be thawed by an act of true love.  At first, Anna thinks that Hans is her true love but it is wrong. As the story goes, seeing Hans is about to kill Elsa, throws herself between the two just as she freezes solid, blocking Han’s attack. Knowing that Elsa cries and her tear falls into Anna’s body. Finally, Anna begins to thaw and Elsa promises never to shut the castle again.

          Idina Menzel who plays the voice of Elsa, received an Oscar for ‘Best Original Song’. She sang “ Let It Go’ in the film. Originally sung by Demi Lovato it has already sparked nearly 45 million views on YouTube. Besides, Frozen has earned $400,711,517 in North America as of June 26,2014, and an estimated $858,400,000 in other countries as of June 22, for a worldwide total of $1,259,111,517.

Is it a great movie? I think yes. It is very amazing film I have ever seen. There are moral values that we can take from this film. I recommend all of you to watch it.

The Importance of Exercise

Many people claim that exercise is not really important for people. They simply think by eating nutritious food and taking a rest can make them healthy. They are too busy to do exercise. However, many experts stated that exercise has great role in making our body healthy. Doing exercise does not need an expensive cost because it can be done in a simple way. It is important for us to do exercise because it offers many advantages.

There is no doubt that exercise helps prevent diseases. The more we do exercise we will be healthier. Regular exercise is necessary for physical fitness and good health. It reduces the risk of heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, diabetes and other diseases. Besides, exercise can controls weight. When we do exercise we burn our calories so that we can have a slim and healthy body. Other advantages is doing exercise improves quality of our life. Exercise reduces stress and makes us fell refreshed.  It also helps us sleep better and keep us looking and feeling younger. 

                From the reasons above I conclude that doing exercise is really important in our life. Be healthy with exercise.

The Advantages and Disadvantages of Home Schooling

Home schooling is an alternative way to educate our kids besides sending them to public school so that they can study at home. This kind of education has been chosen by many people around the world. Nowadays home schooling becomes popular around the society with a growth rate of 7 to 15 percent per year. The practice is legal in most countries but the extent to which it is practiced varies. However homeschooling has some advantages and disadvantages.

As we know there are many advantages of home schooling. The home is an ideal learning environment. It is provides silence condition so that the children will get more focus with the lesson. The teacher also can give them more attention and will teach them until they understand the lesson. The home also lacks the many distractions and disadvantages of schools: peer pressure, social stigma attached to achievement, bullying, show-offs and general rowdiness. Besides, home schooling allows parents and children to work out a schedule that will best work for the child. Other advantages are flexibility in time and curriculum so that parents can set the curriculum around vacation, illnesses, and other surprise event, and home schooling involves good community involvement and social interaction.

On the other hand, children who follow home schooling become spoiled, they always want what they need completed. Homeschooling needs a lot of time in preparation and delivery. It also takes a huge charge. The children are lack of socialization because they spend most of his time in home and do not interact with other friends. Besides, there is no competition. Child cannot compare his or her ability than other children because he or she studies only with the teacher without other friends.

So, we had better to think again to choose home schooling as our children’s education.  If we want to choose homeschooling make sure that we understand all of criteria involved in home education.
